Overview
Thermogravimetric analysis (TG, TGA) is a method that observes the continuous change of the weight or weight percentage of a test sample with temperature during heating, isothermal, or cooling processes. Its purpose is to study the thermal stability and composition of materials. It is widely used in the research and development, process optimization, and quality control of various fields, including plastics, rubbers, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metals, and composites. This instrument utilizes a microbalance with a sensitivity of one part per million, Curie point temperature calibration, a gas mass flow meter, perfect sealing to ensure consistent intake and exhaust, and is convenient for users to collect data.
Technical Features
1. Utilizes a high-precision electromagnetic torque balance with one-millionth accuracy, offering excellent stability and repeatability.
2. Utilizing the sub-pan balance mode, it can measure Curie point temperature.
3. Utilizing a torsion, zeroing-type balance with no knife-edge support, and a displacement detector equipped with photoelectric elements.
4. Torque output units utilize electromagnetic torque transducers.
5. To reduce zero drift and temperature drift at the baseline, a temperature compensation device is employed.
6. Industrial-grade wide-screen touch structure with rich display information, including set temperature, sample temperature, oxygen flow, nitrogen flow, differential thermal signal, and various switch states.
7. USB communication interface, high versatility, reliable signals without interruption, supports auto-recovery connection function.
8. The furnace body features a compact structure with adjustable heating and cooling rates.
9. The digital gas mass flow meter automatically switches between two gas flow paths, with fast switching speed and short stabilization time.
10. Standard specification samples are provided for customer convenience in adjusting temperature coefficients.
11. Software is adaptive to various resolution computer screens; supports laptops, desktops, and compatible with operating systems such as WIN2000, XP, WIN7, WIN8, and WIN10.
12. Supports user-programmable routines for full automation of measurement steps. The software offers dozens of commands, allowing users to flexibly combine various instructions according to their measurement procedures and save them. Complex operations are simplified into one-touch operations.
