Overview
China's first dedicated oxidation induction time tester, featuring a 10.1-inch Android industrial control computer, no computer connection required, one-touch operation for testing oxidation induction time and melting point, automatically generates oxidation induction time maps, and can connect to a printer for report maps. The instrument beeps after the automatic oxidation induction time operation ends, no personnel supervision needed during the process, simple and efficient. Compliant with national standards GB/T2951.42-2008, GB/T15065-2009, GB/T17391-1998, GB/T19466-2009, IEC60811-4-2:2004, GB/T19466.6-2009.

4. Enhanced installation process with full mechanical fixation, completely avoiding the contamination of the heat differential signal by the internal gel of the furnace.
5. Dual temperature probes ensure high repeatability in sample temperature measurement.
6. The digital gas mass flow meter automatically switches between two gas flow paths, with quick switching speed and short stabilization time.
7. Standard with automatic temperature calibration feature included.
8. Integrated industrial control computer; no need to connect to a PC, directly test the oxidation induction time and melting point.
9. Export the oxidation induction time test charts and melting point test charts via a USB flash drive.
10. Software for PC is adaptable to various resolution computer screens; supports laptops, desktops, and is compatible with operating systems such as WIN2000, XP, WIN7, WIN8, WIN10, etc.
