Overview
Thermogravimetric Analysis (TG, TGA) observes the continuous changes in weight or weight percentage of a test sample with increasing, constant, or decreasing temperature during the heating, isothermal, or cooling process. The purpose is to study the thermal stability and composition of materials. It is widely used in research and development, process optimization, and quality control in various fields such as plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metal materials, and composite materials. This instrument employs a microbalance with a sensitivity of one part per million, Curie point temperature calibration, a gas mass flow meter, a perfect seal to ensure consistent intake and exhaust, and is convenient for users to collect.
Technical Features
1. Utilizing a high-precision electromagnetic torque balance with one-millionth accuracy, offering excellent stability and repeatability.
2. Utilizes a bottom-pan balance mode, capable of measuring Curie point temperature.
3. Utilizing a torque and zero-return balance with no knife-edge support, the displacement sensor employs photoelectric components.
4. Torque output unit employs an electromagnetic torque converter.
5. To minimize baseline zero drift and temperature drift, a temperature compensation device is adopted.
6. Industrial-grade wide-screen touch structure with rich display information, including set temperature, sample temperature, oxygen flow rate, nitrogen flow rate, differential thermal signal, and various switch states.
7. USB communication interface with strong versatility, reliable signal without interruption, and supports self-recovery connection function.
8. The furnace body is compact with adjustable heating and cooling rates.
9. The digital gas mass flow meter automatically switches between two gas flow paths, with fast switching speed and short stabilization time.
10. Standard specification samples are provided for customer convenience in adjusting temperature coefficients.
11. Software is adaptable to various resolutions on computer screens; supports laptops and desktops, compatible with operating systems such as WIN2000, XP, WIN7, WIN8, and WIN10.
12. Supports user-customizable programming, achieving full automation of measurement steps. The software offers dozens of commands, allowing users to flexibly combine various instructions according to their measurement procedures and save them. Complex operations are simplified into one-click operations.
