The training tower should meet the following requirements:
One, the training tower should be located at the end of the training field with a reserved runway, and a 1.5-meter sand pit should be reserved in front of the tower.
Two, the number of floors for the training tower should not be less than four. In cities with many high-rise buildings, the number of floors may be appropriately increased.
Section 3: Each floor of the training tower's front has at least two windows, with a width between them (and the wall) of 1.0 meter.
The training tower window measures 1.2 meters by 1.8 meters, with the window being no less than 0.65 meters from the tower edge. The window sill width is 0.35 meters, and the sill board thickness is 0.05 meters (protruding from the tower wall by 5 centimeters). The height of each window sill from the floor of that level is 0.8 meters, with the level height being 3.5 meters. An internal staircase with a clear width of no less than 0.7 meters should be provided, and the handrail tube diameter should be no less than 0.026 meters.
V. Platforms at least 1.5 meters wide should be set on the inner side of each level of the training tower, and a floor should be provided on the top level.
Six, it is advisable to install an outdoor fire escape ladder on the training tower. The ladder should extend to the top of the tower and ideally be set up at a height of 3 meters from the ground, with a width not less than 50 centimeters. Training Tower Description: 1. Mainly composed of (1) simulated windows, (2) floor partitions, (3) rear frames, (4) observation and command platform frames, and the main steel structural frame. Simulated windows are installed at the front of the tower (custom-made with a certain number of floors and windows as needed), and floor partitions (steel plates) are placed between the upper and lower adjacent simulated windows. 2. A rear frame corresponding to the simulated windows is located at the bottom of the tower's rear. 3. The simulated windows, floor partitions, rear frames, and main frame are bolted together. 4. Safety ladders connect each floor. 5. The upper part of the tower is equipped with an observation and command platform.
Seven: Training towers typically undergo anti-corrosion treatment with spray painting, in a military green color. Alternatively, camouflage patterns or galvanizing may be used.
Section 8: Our steel structure fire training towers are fully functional, offering detachable and installable designs with no restrictions on geography, terrain, or plot size. They are constructed with assembly components, featuring low construction costs and high recyclability, significantly saving expenses and achieving twice the results with half the effort. We welcome orders from all fire departments for our fire training towers.
