The DY-RG400R Portable Heat Pipe Constant Temperature Bath is a new product designed and manufactured by our company for situations where equipment needs to be transported to the site for on-site temperature sensor testing and calibration. It operates on the principle of heat pipe technology. It employs a circulating working medium, an enclosed internal circulation method, and through its special structure, it expands the constant temperature area. It uses an original imported digital temperature controller, which implements automatic temperature control according to the advanced PID control law, ensuring a compact structure, easy operation, and improved temperature control accuracy with a direct reading of the bath temperature. It is suitable for various departments at all levels of metrology in provinces and cities, as well as in biochemical, petroleum, meteorological, energy, environmental protection, and pharmaceutical sectors, for on-site physical parameter testing, providing a constant temperature source of 50℃ to 500℃. It can be used for the verification and calibration of second-class standard thermometers, working platinum and copper thermistors, low-temperature thermocouples, bimetallic thermometers, and various thermometers or sensors used in the petrochemical and power industries. It overcomes the complexities and safety concerns of refueling and oil discharge required when portable oil and salt baths are transported to the site for use. It operates odorlessly, causing no harm to the health of the personnel involved, with no mechanical friction, ensuring safety and reliability, energy savings, and a long service life. Operating Principle:
"A heat pipe is a sealed metallic cavity containing a certain amount of liquid medium (working fluid) that, when heated at the bottom, evaporates and carries heat to the top of the cavity. As the heat is transferred to the metal walls or a radiator, the medium condenses back into a liquid, gravity pulls it back to the heating end, where it vaporizes again, and the cycle repeats, transferring heat from the bottom to the top of the cavity. This is the principle of how a heat pipe operates. The steam carrying the heat moves quickly, resulting in rapid heat transfer. Heat pipes utilize latent heat changes to transfer heat energy, boasting high thermal conductivity and the ability to automatically transfer large amounts of heat at small temperature differences, far exceeding any known metal. They are several orders of magnitude more conductive than metals of the same geometric size. Consequently, heat pipes have a very low thermal resistance and are known as 'superconductors of heat.' With the help of the thermal diffusion caused by the steam flow, temperature can be evenly distributed, and a heat pipe恒温槽 is a temperature-controlled device made to expand the恒温 zone of a heat pipe."
