Product Introduction
The DY-type Simple Thermocouple Detector is a simple test and control system consisting of a thermocouple calibration furnace, intelligent temperature control instrument, second-class standard thermocouple, six-and-a-half-digit digital meter, zero-point thermostatic control, and conversion switch. It is used for manually calibrating various working thermocouples. It can be used for calibration in the laboratory or on-site calibration of secondary instruments. The calibration procedures and results comply with the current national metrological calibration regulations.
Working Principle
The DY type thermocouple testing device involves placing a standard thermocouple and several test thermocouples into a thermocouple calibration furnace. It uses an intelligent temperature controller to heat the furnace to a set temperature. After the temperature control is complete, a combination calibrator is used to read the standard temperature value and the tested temperature value, compare them, and draw conclusions. During the testing, a zero-point constant-temperature regulator is also used for zero-point compensation. For convenient and quick testing, our company also provides a thermocouple conversion switch for customers, which can calibrate up to 11 thermocouples at once. This testing method is an ideal product choice for institutions and enterprises with heavy workloads.
