Product Introduction
The DY-01 Thermal Automation System is a measurement and control system composed of a microcomputer at its core, along with high-precision imported digital multimeters, imported low-voltage scanning switches, and management software. Operators can conveniently operate the system throughout the process using a mouse under WinXP/UNIX/LINUX operating systems. The microcomputer system displays the temperature control curve, temperature, and calibration time parameters of the calibration furnace (or oil tank, low-temperature tank, etc.) in real-time. The DY-01 thermal system processes data in accordance with the current national metrological calibration regulations, and can print various record tables, calibration certificates, and retains original records for future reference. The system fully automates the calibration process of thermocouples and resistance thermometers, including automatic temperature control, automatic calibration, automatic data processing, automatic printing of calibration results, and automatic saving of heating curves. This significantly reduces the operator's workload and improves the quality of calibration work. The device also provides certification programs and data file management programs for the system, facilitating operators in certifying the system and archiving, retrieving, and querying calibration results.
