DY-HTR300M Portable Constant Temperature Bath (70℃~300℃) is a high-precision self-controlled digital temperature measuring device. It features excellent temperature stability, uniform temperature field, high temperature control accuracy, light weight, and easy portability. This unit employs a digital temperature controller to achieve automatic temperature control according to the PID regulation, offering a compact structure, easy operation, and direct reading of the bath temperature. It is suitable for various departments such as metrology, biochemistry, petroleum, meteorology, energy, environmental protection, and pharmaceuticals, as well as manufacturers of thermometers and temperature controllers for physical parameter testing. It also serves as a constant temperature source for other experimental research activities.
Operation Principle
The DY-HTR300M portable constant-temperature oil tank is primarily composed of a heating system, a temperature control system, and a stirring system. The tank is divided into a mixing area and a working area. In the mixing area, the heat generated by the heater warms up the oil (medium) inside the tank. As the oil temperature rises to approach the set temperature, the temperature control system adjusts the heater's operation based on the temperature readings from the sensor. After being thoroughly mixed and homogenized by the stirring system, the oil (medium) is then transferred to the working area, which is less affected by external interference. This results in a liquid space with stable temperature and uniform thermal field.
