Performance and Features
1. This product disperses in hot water, dissolves in most organic solvents, and exhibits excellent emulsifying capabilities.
2. The chlorinated paraffin emulsion prepared with this product is fine and stable, suitable for metal processing and flame-retardant industries.

Add 11 parts (quality parts) of chlorinated paraffin emulsifier to 100 parts of chlorinated paraffin, mix thoroughly to obtain a transparent emulsion; while stirring, add water to the emulsion in batches, 5 parts per batch, with a 1-minute interval; ensure a slow addition rate within the first 50 parts of water to avoid obtaining a liquid with the wrong particle size; after adding a certain amount of water, the material changes from transparent to milky white with a blue sheen, and the viscosity increases. At this point, maintain the overall uniformity of stirring to ensure a successful phase transition from oil-in-water to water-in-oil; after 50 parts of water, you can gradually increase the water addition rate. The material should have passed the thick stage, becoming less sticky and thicker, with a blue sheen on the container walls. The amount of water added can be determined based on the concentration to obtain a white, fine emulsion with a blue sheen. (For reference)
 
Packaging and Storage
200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic buckets packaging.
Store and transport in accordance with general chemical storage and transportation regulations. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.
