Performance & Applications
1. This series of products is easily dispersible or soluble in water, boasting excellent wettability, permeability, and emulsifying properties. Adding a small amount of this product to the pretreatment formula yields excellent refining effects.
2. Used as a degreaser, cleaner, emulsifier, and refining agent in the textile and leather processing industries.
3. Offers exceptional emulsifying effects on amino silicone and dimethyl silicone oils, enhancing performance after use. Requires less dosage than standard silicone oil emulsifiers, resulting in more stable emulsions. It boasts strong penetrative power, able to penetrate deep into fibers for a more satisfyingly soft hand feel.
4. Metalworking additive, multi-functional detergent, degreasing solvent, household care cleaner, vehicle, public facility, ultrasonic cleaner.
5. This product does not contain a benzene ring structure, making the products prepared from it the next generation of environmentally friendly products.
6. By mixing this product to a concentration of 80~90%, it becomes a uniform fluid, making it more convenient and effective to use.
7. E-1340, E-1360, and E-1380 serve as eco-friendly emulsifiers and wetting agents, suitable as substitutes for TX-40/OP-40.
8. The E-1300 series is a suitable substitute for the imported TO series products.
Packaging and Storage
200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic buckets packaging. This series is non-toxic, non-flammable, and should be stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
