Performance and Applications
1. O-3 and O-5 are easily soluble in oils and organic solvents. They can be used as W/O emulsifiers, fiber softeners, and silk post-treatment agents.
2. O-8, O-9, O-10, O-15, O-20, O-30 are easily soluble in water and organic solvents, stable to acids, alkalis, and hard water. They offer excellent wetting, emulsifying, and cleaning properties.
3. O-8 and O-9 can be used as leveling agents, retarding agents in the dyeing industry, emulsifiers in the glass fiber industry, components of fiber spinning oils, emulsifiers for cosmetics and soft膏 production, and for formulating household and industrial cleaners. O-10, in the fiber industry, is a component of various fiber spinning oils, offering excellent spinnability; in general industry, it acts as an emulsifier with good emulsifying properties for animal, plant, and mineral oils, with stable emulsions; it can also be used to make household detergents, industrial cleaners, and metal cleaners; in the textile industry, it serves as a wetting agent; and in the pesticide industry, it is a component of emulsifiers. O-15 has good scouring properties; in the dyeing industry, it acts as a leveling and retarding agent to enhance color fastness and produce bright, attractive colors; as a cleaner in metal processing, it easily removes surface oil, facilitating subsequent processing; in general industry, it functions as an emulsifier, producing highly stable emulsions. O-20 possesses properties such as diffusion, leveling, wetting, and foaming, and has good affinity for direct and还原 dyes; in the textile industry, it is used as a leveling agent, diffuser, desizer, retarding agent, half-resistant printing agent, anti-whitening agent, and brightener; it has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, and mineral oils, and can be used as an emulsifier in latex industry, polymerization reactions of high polymer emulsions, and glass fiber lubricants; it effectively removes dye decomposition residues on fabrics, reducing static electricity; it is a component of spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; it is used as a raw material in the production of paint paste A, adhesive FD, and rubber BA in chemical production; and as a detergent for raw wool and an agricultural pesticide penetrant for fruit trees.
4. O-30 can be mixed with various surfactants, offering excellent dispersibility and emulsifying properties. It serves as a leveling agent, a retarder, a glass fiber emulsifier, and an industrial detergent.
Packaging and Storage
200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic buckets packaging. This series is general chemicals, non-flammable, stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: two years.
