The telescopic paint booth is specially designed for comprehensive applications in handling heavy-duty workpieces that are difficult to move and in work areas. Standard fixed-type ante-rooms are unable to complete the transportation process for workpieces that require crane handling, while the mobile ante-room overcomes this drawback. Before the workpiece is painted, the mobile ante-room is first retracted and closed by pressing the control button, clearing the painting area. Once the workpiece is placed in position by the crane, pressing the control button opens the ante-room to cover the workpiece, without the need to move the workpiece again, ensuring no disruption to the crane's operation. The mobile ante-room is composed of multiple sets of frames that can move parallel to each other and flame-retardant canopy fabrics connected to these frames. The sliding connection mechanism between the frames ensures that the frames remain vertically parallel as they move along the overhead track, driven by the installation, while also expanding and retracting the canopy.

The telescopic mobile antechamber is driven by both sides in a linked manner. It features front and rear safety limit controls, allowing it to freely extend and retract along the ground-mounted track. The mechanical operation is safe and stable.

The mobile paint spray booth ante-chamber is constructed of steel frame structure, capable of extending and retracting forward and backward. After painting, the ante-chamber is retracted again, and the workpiece is lifted off using the crane, without affecting the crane's operation, greatly simplifying the process of continuously transporting large and heavy workpieces using the workshop crane. There is no need for special transport equipment; the extended length can be positioned arbitrarily or customized to various non-standard sizes based on the client's actual production needs.
