The telescopic paint spray room is specially designed for the comprehensive application of handling heavy-duty workpieces that are difficult to move and work areas. Standard fixed ante-rooms cannot complete the transportation process of moving heavy-duty workpieces in and out, especially those requiring crane handling. The mobile ante-room overcomes this drawback. Before painting, the mobile ante-room is first retracted by pressing the control button, clearing the painting area. Once the workpiece is placed and secured by the crane, pressing the control button again flips the mobile ante-room to cover the workpiece, without the need to move the workpiece, thus completely not affecting the crane's operation. The mobile ante-room is composed of multiple groups of frames that can move parallel to each other and segmental flame-retardant curtains connected to these frames. The sliding connection mechanism between the frames ensures that the frames remain vertically parallel as they move along the overhead track, driven by the installation, while simultaneously unfolding and closing the curtains.
The telescopic and mobile antechamber is driven by both sides in a mutually interlocked manner, with front and rear safety limit controls. It can freely extend and retract along the ground-mounted track, ensuring safe and stable mechanical operation.
Compact and gather it, freeing up space for other production as well; multipurpose use in limited areas. The paint mist and dust unit can be selected in wet, dry, or both modes.
The mobile spray booth antechamber is constructed of a steel frame structure and can be extended and retracted. With the driving installation, the sliding joints between frames allow the frames to move uniformly parallel along the track to a closed position, then the workpiece is moved into the working area. After the extension and retraction of the antechamber is completed, the painting or sanding work stops. Once the work is done, the antechamber is closed, and the workpiece is moved back to the work area, completing the process. When not in use for painting, the retractable mobile spray booth can be closed to free up space as a mobile area to address the lack of space. Product Introduction: The mobile spray booth and pumpless water curtain spray booth are used separately to address the issue of mobility during heavy-duty workpiece painting. The mobile antechamber solves this problem. During operation, the mobile antechamber is retracted, and the heavy-duty workpiece is lifted by a crane to the painting area. Then, the antechamber is extended to cover the workpiece, allowing work to proceed. After painting, the antechamber is retracted again, and the workpiece is lifted by the crane, without affecting the crane's operation, greatly simplifying the process of constantly using a workshop crane to transport large and heavy workpieces back and forth. No special transportation equipment is required; the extended length can be adjusted to any position, and customized non-standard sizes can be produced according to the client's actual production needs.
