Standard fixed pre-chambers cannot handle the process of moving heavy-duty workpieces in and out, especially when cranes are required for transportation. The mobile pre-chamber overcomes this drawback. Before painting, the workpiece is first retracted by pressing the control button, clearing the painting area. Once the workpiece is placed in position by the crane, the control button is pressed to open the mobile pre-chamber to cover the workpiece, without the need to move the workpiece again, thus ensuring no disruption to the crane's operation. The mobile pre-chamber is composed of multiple sets of frames that can move parallel to each other and fire-retardant fabric segments connecting the frames. The sliding connection mechanism between the frames ensures that the frames remain vertically parallel as they move along the overhead track, driven by the installation, while also controlling the expansion and contraction of the fabric.

The telescopic and mobile antechamber is driven by both sides in a coupled manner, with forward and rear safety limit controls. It can freely extend and retract along the ground-mounted track. The mechanical operation is safe and stable.

The mobile paint booth antechamber is constructed of a steel frame structure, which can be extended and retracted. After painting, the antechamber is retracted again, and the workpiece is lifted away using the crane, without affecting the crane's operation, greatly simplifying the process of frequently using a workshop crane to transport large, heavy workpieces. No special transportation equipment is required; the extended length can be at any desired position, and various non-standard sizes can be customized according to the customer's actual production needs.
