The mobile pre-chamber overcomes this drawback. Before spraying, the mobile pre-chamber is first retracted by pressing the control button, clearing the painting area. Once the workpiece is placed in position by the crane, pressing the control button again opens the pre-chamber to cover the workpiece, without the need to move the workpiece, thus ensuring no disruption to the crane's operation. The mobile pre-chamber is composed of multiple sets of frames that can move parallel to each other and flame-retardant fabric segments connecting the frames. The sliding connection mechanism between the frames ensures that the frames remain vertically parallel as they move along the track driven by the installation, simultaneously unfolding and closing the fabric.

The telescopic mobile antechamber is powered by dual side drives, operates in a linked manner, features front and rear safety limit controls, and can freely extend and retract along the ground-mounted track. The mechanical operation is safe and stable.
