The rotor then carries the material to the outer blades, where it is sprayed around as it passes through the stator head, subjected to intense mechanical and hydraulic shearing. 3. Small Round Holes (Fig. 3)
a. Precision-machined small circular holes evenly distributed around the stator head.
b. The emulsifying head is primarily used to address challenging emulsification processes and the suspension of extremely fine particles.
