Automatic oil tank de-watering unit operating principle
The automatic defoamer utilizes Archimedes' principle, the lever principle, and the principle of uniform pressure inside a container filled with liquid, relying on the buoyancy difference of the float ball in the oil-water medium, causing the float ball to move up and down.
By amplifying the buoyancy difference obtained by the float through an amplifying mechanism as the force increases, this is used to control the opening of the drainage valve, achieving the purpose of cutting water and sealing oil, thereby accomplishing automatic water cutting.
Automatic dehydrator (cut-off valve) features a special design structure with no back pressure, allowing for more flexible operation of the valve. It also enables remote automatic monitoring of the system according to user requirements, ensuring efficient operation of the tank area.
Water management automation. In cold regions, this equipment can ensure normal cutting water operation by using an external jacket to maintain temperature, preventing the bottom water layer from freezing.

Automatic Oil Tank Water Separator Product Technical Features
1. Perfectly employs Archimedes' Principle and the magnification principle of levers, converting the buoyancy difference generated by the density difference between oil and water into power, thereby achieving automatic water separation without the need for energy.

Automatic Water Cutoff Valve Usage and Maintenance
1. This product is fully assembled and packaged by our company prior to dispatch, delivered to the customer. Upon arrival, our staff will be sent to install and fine-tune the equipment, which must be mounted on a firm, level foundation.
The water separator's inlet should be aligned with the centerline of the storage tank's drain valve. The connection points must be sealed and securely fastened.
2. To achieve optimal performance of this product, please note the following points:
① Tank drain outlets for water cutters must not have siphon pipes, including valves connected to the water inlet of the cutter (Note: ball valves are not allowed) as this may cause oil-water separation and water blocking.
