I. The Principle and Features of Quicklime Sprayer:

Principle:

Hydraulic Solid-Air Jet Injector, powered by a centrifugal blower (compressor, Roots blower), utilizes the principle of gas-solid two-phase flow. It combines fluidization technology, jet technology, and pressure difference principle. The electrically powered rotating feeder serves as the feeding device, conveying materials into the material-air mixing chamber. As the materials fluidize in the mixing chamber, a high-speed airflow generated by the double-looped nozzle propels the materials into an acceleration chamber, entering the conveying pipeline as a suspended flow. The materials are then propelled through the pipeline into the receiving bin using the air pressure difference. Material-gas separation occurs, and after passing through a bag dust collector, the gas is released into the atmosphere.

Continuous pump-powered air source, typically using centrifugal fans or Roots blowers and compressors, without the need for an air purification system. The system design only requires specific air volume and pressure. Compressed air from a pressure station can also be used as needed.

① The air-solids jetting of quicklime uses centrifugal blowers or Roots blowers and compressors as the power source for the gas. The high performance of the blowers ensures the reliability of the system's operation.

② The air-powered conveying system composed of lime gas-solid jet nozzles can adopt a configuration where two ash bins share one pump, under the condition of allowable ash quantity on-site. Typically, this results in a fewer number of equipment, making the entire system simple and reliable.

③ The lime hydrate gas-solid jetting feeder maintains a stable gas-to-solid ratio, with no impact load and no frequent operation of valves as in conventional pneumatic conveying processes, significantly reducing the equipment failure rate.
