The annular reactor can be roughly divided into segmented, tank, tower, and fixed-bed types in terms of structure, and is widely applicable to chemical mixing reactions involving gas, liquid, and solid phases. Our company's developed JHF series enhanced heat transfer reactors have an internal structure similar to that of a static mixer, allowing different liquids entering the enhanced heat transfer mixing reactor to mix well. However, unlike conventional static mixers, the internal components are not made of plates but of finer tubes, which can either pass heating or cooling mediums. Therefore, the internal units not only achieve thorough mixing but also provide a significant heat transfer surface area.
