Central Tower Material Description (Full Steel Structure)

Dimensions: Length, width, height tolerance ≤3mm; Adjacent side perpendicularity: Table diagonal ≤3mm (1000mm), ≤4mm (2000mm), ≤5mm (3000mm).

A. Top Surface: Made of imported 12.7mm thick solid core chemical board, with reinforced edges, featuring resistance to strong acids and alkalis, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and high toughness.

B. Body, door drawer panels, partitions: door panels, drawer front panels, cabinet panels: made of 1.2mm thick Baosteel high-quality cold-rolled steel, treated in an acid wash phosphate tank for one day, with a surface finish of EPOX outdoor epoxy powder electrostatic spraying, corrosion-resistant.

Waterproof, anti-bacterial, easy to clean; outdoor powder has strong adhesion, does not easily fall off or fade.

C. Conduit Channels: Made of aluminum alloy and molded, the surface is treated with EPOXY outdoor epoxy powder electrostatic spraying, which is resistant to acids and alkalis, water, and bacteria, and easy to clean. The outdoor powder has strong adhesion, is not easy to fall off or discolor.

Plug sockets: Power sockets are 220V, with one set approximately every meter. (At least one set of 380V power in high-temperature rooms.)



E. Pull Handle: Made from high-quality imported PVC, shaped by molds. Features include aesthetic appearance, easy to open and close, and non-abrasive, with a label left in the middle.

F, Slider Track: Equipped with a steel heavy-duty three-section slider track assembly.

G, Hinge: Laboratory-grade hinge, 90-degree opening angle.

H, Chemical Testing Sink: Made of 6mm thick PP material, a durable acid and alkali-resistant monolithic sink. 1. The height of the reagent shelf is 850mm.
