TYA Series Lubricant Filter Machines
One、Usage:
TYA series oil filter machines are primarily used in various industrial sectors such as mining, metallurgy, cement, oil, rail, machinery, chemical industry, textiles, and instruments. They handle a variety of lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, diesel engine oils, industrial gear oils, refrigeration oils, compressor oils, bearing oils, quenching oils, vacuum pump oils, rolling oils, heat treatment oils, diesel, and kerosene. Given the different technical requirements and standards for oils used in various equipment, each machine is configured for each type of oil. They play a significant role in purifying and regenerating various industrial lubricating oils, extending the maintenance cycle and service life of equipment, and reducing production costs.
TYA series oil filter machines effectively remove contaminants from oil products such as moisture, gases, and mechanical impurities, enhancing the oil's kinematic viscosity, flash point, and emulsifying properties. This quickly restores the oil to the required performance specifications, approaching or meeting the relevant standards.

Four: Workflow
During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first introduces the contaminated oil into the preliminary filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. The oil is then heated by an electric heater, reducing its viscosity through temperature increase. Subsequently, through a series of actions including spraying, flash vaporization, and atomization, the moisture in the oil is converted from a liquid to a vapor state, condensed back into liquid droplets through the gas pipeline, and then排出. At this point, the oil passes through an oil pump and is filtered through a secondary filter and a precision filter via the oil pipeline, resulting in oil free of impurities and moisture. This oil meets the standards for recycled oil use and can be reused, thereby saving oil costs. For deep purification and filtering of the oil, it can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid value, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the workflow (the de-acidification unit is configured as needed.)
