The Chuangwei QY series high-pressure gas piston pressure gauges utilize gas medium and gas lubrication. They are designed to use high-purity nitrogen or dry, clean gases as the pressure measurement medium, suitable for calibrating oil-free pressure instruments and gauges. III. Features

1、The pressure regulator provides easy and convenient pressurization; the pressurization system combines coarse adjustment with a gas booster and fine adjustment with the main pressure regulator, ensuring the handwheel does not move forward or backward during pressure changes, saving workspace and enhancing ease of operation; the pressurization process is effortless and quick, capable of reaching a maximum pressure of 70MPa.

2、The piston system is designed for stable anti-breakage; with anti-breakage rods and anti-friction structures to ensure piston performance and extend service life. In case of uneven rotation forces causing significant vibration after the piston rises, the two bearings designed into the piston can effectively prevent the piston rod from breaking. The upper limit of the piston employs a bearing limiter, solving the issue of metal shavings and piston jamming due to friction with the limiter screw when the piston reaches its upper position.

3、Flexible selection; range covers from 1MPa to 70MPa, catering to diverse needs of different users. Users can self-select high-purity nitrogen or dry, clean air sources based on actual usage frequency.

The display features a 5-inch TFT LCD IPS color Chinese touch screen.

The piston floating position is displayed, allowing users to quickly and intuitively adjust the piston to the working position.

Displays piston speed, visually presenting the piston operating speed.

The device can display environmental temperature and humidity, guiding users to adjust the usage environment. This ensures that the piston operates at optimal performance with the ideal environmental conditions (temperature: 20±2°C, humidity: 30%~80%).

The piston system is equipped with a piston position displacement sensor, offering a resolution better than 0.1mm, allowing for more accurate observation of piston balance.
