Overview:
The low-pressure gas piston pressure gauge features simple operation, easy maintenance, good sealing, and smooth pressure rise and fall. The main body of the equipment is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, enhancing stability while also improving the product's aesthetics. The internal micro-pressure pump structure is ingeniously designed, combined with a large cavity, allowing for very fine controllable pressure adjustment. When paired with a high-precision piston system, it can calibrate low-pressure pressure transmitters, pressure sensors, and low-pressure diaphragm pressure gauges.

Technical Features:
- Meets the JJG 1086—2013 "Gas Piston Pressure Gauge" metrological verification regulations.
- The piston system can be removed separately for easy inspection without the need to carry the heavy main unit.
- The whole machine is made of aluminum alloy, which is lightweight, sturdy, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Utilizing a large-chambered micro-pressure generator, pressure regulation is stable with high precision.
- Utilizing pure air as the working medium eliminates the viscosity of lubricating oil, enhancing sensitivity and accuracy.
- A 1kPa gas piston pressure gauge can be configured with several different scale pistons, ensuring a wide measurement range for the gauge while maintaining accuracy across each measurement segment. It offers versatility, superior performance, and can replace similar imported instruments.
- Piston rods and cylinders are precision ground, resulting in minimal cylindrical and clearance errors. This significantly enhances the piston's rotation duration, thereby reducing the piston's descent speed and improving the stability of the piston system.
- Weights have been adjusted for local gravitational acceleration.
- Optional digital display features: temperature, displacement, time, speed, pressure, and other parameters.
- Measurement Range: Nominal measurement range is consistent with the actual measurement range.
