The CW series liquid piston pressure gauges can be used as reference pressure gauges and standard pressure gauges. The piston pressure gauge is an essential measuring instrument for establishing pressure standards in China's various metrology testing centers and industrial enterprises' pressure metrology departments. It can be used for value transfer and calibration of digital pressure gauges, precise pressure gauges, general pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, and pressure sensors, among other pressure instruments. Complies with the national metrology verification regulations JJG59-2022 "Piston Pressure Gauges" and JJG99-2022 "Weights".

2. Technical Specifications

(3) Piston System

Piston Material: Both the piston rod and cylinder are made of tungsten carbide, which is resistant to pressure and temperature, ensuring a long service life.

② Piston Structure: Anti-break and anti-friction design; the piston rod's upper and lower limits are equipped with bearing limiters to prevent metal shavings from causing the piston to jam due to friction.

③ Working Medium: For pressure gauges with a measurement range upper limit of 25MPa and above, use dioctyl adipate (2-ethylhexyl) ester; for pressure gauges with a measurement range upper limit of 0.6MPa and 6MPa, use transformer oil and aviation...OilMixed oil

④ Piston Operation Display: Fully equipped with a 5-inch full-color touch screen, it displays the floating position of the piston, allowing users to adjust the piston to the working position more intuitively and quickly. The displacement display has a resolution of 0.01mm. It also shows the piston's rotation speed, providing a direct indication of whether the piston has reached the working speed (approx. 30r/min). Additionally, it displays environmental temperature and humidity, includes an operation manual, and guides users on how to use the piston-type pressure gauge for calibration tasks.

⑤ Piston system modular design: Easy for installation, disassembly, storage, and inspection; multiple piston modules can share a single base with corresponding weight range砝码.

(4) Weights Set

① Configurable in kg groups or MPa groups based on customer requirements.

② Weighing Material: 304 Non-magnetic Stainless Steel (0.005 grade; 0.01 grade; 0.02 grade); 45# Steel Blue Treatment (0.05 grade)

③ Load method of weights: For ranges of 25MPa and above, weights are loaded on the hoist basket, with a low center of gravity for the weights, ensuring smooth piston rotation; for ranges of 6MPa and below, weights are directly loaded on the large tray, resulting in a longer duration of piston rotation.

④ Weights Adjustment: Adjusted according to the local gravitational acceleration of use.

(5) Machine Table

The weight of the weights endured by the piston system directly acts on the thickened base plate, ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the piston system.

② The new structural base has a heavy bearing capacity, preventing slippage without deformation, thereby minimizing the impact on the horizontal stability of the platform during loading weights.

③ Standard oil cup capacity is 350ml, equipped with an oil drain at the bottom, simply rotate the drain screw to quickly expel waste oil. Additionally, the oil cup includes an oil filter to prevent impurities from entering the oil circuit and causing pressure gauge blockage.

④ When the piston reaches the floating position, the LED strip along the front panel of the equipment will illuminate, alerting the user that the piston has started to rise. At this point, the pressure regulator should be slowly turned to increase pressure, to prevent overloading.

All parts are treated for rust prevention to avoid rusting of critical sealing components and potential pressure leaks.

⑥ The machine's back panel is equipped with expansion interfaces, allowing for multiple external expansions to enhance work efficiency.

The working position of the regulator can be displayed in real-time on the surface of the base, allowing users to predict the adjustable volume of the regulator.

⑧ The pressurization system utilizes a combination of pre-pressure pump pre-pressure and pressure regulator pressurization, capable of reaching a maximum pressure of 160 MPa.

New pre-pressure pump models feature anti-overpressure and overload protection. It prevents irreversible damage to the pump when the operator forgets to close the cutoff valve, or when the system pressure reaches a maximum of 160 MPa, even if the cutoff valve is mistakenly opened by the operator, it will not cause damage to the equipment.

The new pressure regulator features high-torque bearings for easy rotation, making the pressurization process simple and convenient. Additionally, the regulator's handwheel does not move forward or backward during pressure adjustments, saving workspace. The regulator also boasts a special sealing structure that is stable and reliable.

The whole machine features sandblasted and anodized aluminum magnesium alloy bending technology, with high-strength materials used in the load-bearing parts. It maintains excellent operational performance while presenting a stable and dignified appearance, complemented by some unique elements to highlight its premium status.
