I. Usage



Used for piston-type pressure gauges, calibration of digital pressure gauges, and other pressure instruments. Meets the requirements of JJG59-2022 "Piston-Type Pressure Gauge" Verification Regulation and JJG99-2022 "Weighing Mass" National Verification Regulation. Satisfies the calibration needs of the company's existing digital pressure modules, high-precision pressure sensors, and high-range pressure sensors.

For pressure gauges with pressures greater than 60MPa, a combination of binary weight mass and equal mass weight configurations is used. This combination of configurations achieves the least number of weights to obtain the maximum possible mass under high mass conditions, for instance, a 250MPa pressure gauge requires a total of 9 sets of weights, which is significantly fewer than the 33 sets required for series weights.

(15) Fewer weight pieces achieve rapid weight addition response, achieving an average weight addition speed of approximately 2-10 seconds for any weight. Reducing the number of weight pieces also facilitates inspection of the weight and piston system. Fewer weight pieces also effectively reduce wear on the weights, improving the precision retention of the weights, and ensuring more stable, reliable, and accurate testing data.

(17) Set the manual intervention quality loading mode. According to user requirements, manual intervention can be applied to the coding process to obtain any decimal pressure point within the pressure range, under the nominal accuracy conditions.
