Rotary Solids Solution Production Line
The rotary solidification production line is used to heat stainless steel pipes to 1050-1080°C and then cool them down to room temperature using a dedicated water spray cooling system. Our equipment processes stainless steel welded pipes to meet the technical requirements of the ASTM A249-04 industrial welded pipe heat treatment standard. Equipped with automatic feeding and discharging systems, the feeding and discharging of pipes are done in a rotary feeding manner, ensuring more even heat distribution and superior performance; post-heat treatment, the pipes do not deform, saving the straightening process.
Process Flow:
Automatic Feeding➡Rotary Conveying➡Stabilization Heat Treatment➡Cooling➡Rotary Discharge➡Automatic Unloading

Factors Influencing Energy Consumption
Increase insulation sections
·Original wall steel pipes increase energy consumption by about 10%-20%, thin-walled steel pipes by more than 20%, and when the wall thickness is very thin, energy consumption can even exceed 100%.
·When there's an insulation section, for the same type of steel pipe, the lower the energy consumption is, the faster the pipe speed can be, as allowed by the power supply.
Power unit factors
The IGBT power supply reduces energy consumption by about 5% compared to silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) power supplies, and air cooling reduces energy consumption by about 3% compared to water cooling, so our solution reduces energy consumption by approximately 8% compared to SCR water-cooled power supplies.
Frequency Factor
At higher frequencies, energy consumption is lower, especially for thin-walled tubes; the effect should be subtle.
Sensor Factors
The larger the gap, the higher the energy consumption.
Target Temperature Factors
All are based on 1050 degrees, and 1100 degrees require more than a 10% increase in energy consumption compared to 1050 degrees (heat radiation loss is proportional to the fourth power of temperature).
