Process improvements and innovative designs:
1. We've changed the design of the control panel to segmented, and after welding, we add an annealing process to relieve the stress, ensuring that subsequent processing does not distort. After milling the flat surface, we add an additional flat grinding process to ensure the accuracy of the machine table is maintained at 0.01-0.02 mm.
2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the roller stand frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to the horizontal frame type. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with an "U" shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The roller bore and shaft are fixed through tension sleeves. This solves the issue of the roller stand frame experiencing "eight" deformation under load.
