Process improvement and innovative design:
1. We've switched to a segmented design for the control panel, applying an annealing process after welding to relieve stress and ensure no deformation during subsequent processing. A subsequent flat grinding is added after planing to maintain the machine's accuracy within 0.01-0.02 mm.
2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the stand roll frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to the horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with a U-shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The inner hole of the roller and the shaft are fixed using expansion sleeves. This solution addresses the issue of "eight-character" deformation in the stand roll frame under load.
