Process improvement and innovative design:
1. We have changed the control panel to a segmented design, and after welding, we add an annealing process to relieve the stress from the welds, ensuring that there is no deformation during subsequent processing. After milling the flat surface, we also perform a flat grinding operation to maintain the accuracy of the machine table within 0.01-0.02 mm.
2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the roller stand frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to a horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with an U-shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The roller inner hole and shaft are fixed through tension sleeves. This design solves the "eight-shaped" deformation issue that the roller stand frame may experience under force.
