Anaerobic Incubator YQX-II Microaerophilic Glove BoxDuring operation, some common malfunctions may occur. Below are some potential issues along with corresponding solutions:
Box leakage: This may lead to the inability to maintain an anaerobic environment, and the sealing condition of the box needs to be checked.
2. Culture Infection: If the culture becomes infected, it may lead to experimental failure. Therefore, it is imperative to strictly adhere to sterile operation principles during the procedure.
3. Temperature Fluctuations: Excessive temperature fluctuations may affect experimental results. In this case, it is necessary to check the stability of the power supply and the accuracy of the temperature control system.
4. Oxygen Concentration Exceeds Limit: If the oxygen sensor malfunctions, the oxygen concentration may surpass the set anaerobic level. In this case, it is necessary to inspect and replace the oxygen sensor.
5. Culture Media Contamination: If the culture media becomes contaminated during the procedure, it may lead to failed experiments. In such cases, it is necessary to reconstitute the culture media.
6. Equipment Malfunction: In case of equipment failure, such as non-functioning light sources or fan malfunctions, immediate contact with a professional repair service is required.
While addressing these issues, also pay attention to training the operation steps and precautions for handling the boxes.
Read the user manual carefully before operation to understand the functions and usage of each button.
2. Prior to powering on, ensure the incubator is pre-cooled to avoid experimental failure.
3. Regularly monitor temperature and oxygen concentration changes during the cultivation process to ensure stability of the experimental environment.
4. Upon completion of training, promptly shut off the power and ensure proper equipment cleaning.
Anaerobic Incubator YQX-II, Microaerobic GloveboxKey Features:
The anaerobic chamber is composed of parts such as the culture operation room, vacuum sampling room, gas lines, and electrical control systems. The culture room is designed with suspended cabinets, which increases the usable space in the operation room. This allows for the placement of small instruments like the Kamm oscillators according to specific requirements within the operation room. We have customized these for multiple universities as per their needs.
2. The anaerobic incubator utilizes scientific and simple methods to achieve a high-precision, constant-temperature anaerobic environment, facilitating operators in easily obtaining an anaerobic environment and conveniently performing operations and cultivating anaerobic bacteria within it.
3. The temperature control utilizes a digital temperature controller, allowing for precise and direct setting of the desired temperature and reflecting the actual temperature inside the chamber. Enhanced by effective temperature limit protection, it ensures safety and reliability. The incubator is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp for on-demand sterilization and disinfection. The air is filtered before entering the chamber, effectively preventing bacterial contamination.
4. The airway device is adjustable for flow. The corridor and operation room are made of stainless steel plates. The front window of the anaerobic incubator is made of transparent, impact-resistant special glass, and is equipped with an operating hole locking device to more effectively ensure the concentration of the gas inside the box.
