1. Plug the power outlet (ensuring the power is properly grounded), press the power switch, and the display screen will light up. At this moment, the display shows the actual temperature and humidity inside the incubator chamber.
2. Adjust the height using the bottom screw of the mold growth incubator to ensure the cabinet is stable and level.
3. Humidifier Installation: Plug the humidifier's power plug into the power outlet on the instrument's back. Then, connect the instrument's humidifying tube to the humidifier, ensuring a tight connection. Fill the humidifier's water tank according to the instructions.
4. Temperature Control: Press the temperature set button, the digital display shows the set value. Rotate the temperature adjustment potentiometer to the desired temperature, release the button, and the digital display indicates the actual temperature inside the incubator. If the actual temperature inside the incubator is lower than the set temperature, the heating indicator light illuminates, and the heater begins to heat. If the actual temperature is higher than the set temperature, the cooling indicator light illuminates, and the cooling system starts to cool. If both the heating and cooling indicator lights are off, the incubator is in a constant temperature state.
5. Humidity Adjustment: Press the humidity set button, the digital display shows the set value. Rotate the humidity adjustment potentiometer to the desired humidity level, release the button, and the digital display indicates the actual humidity inside the mold culture incubator. When the actual humidity inside the incubation chamber is lower than the set humidity, humidification is applied to the incubation chamber, and the humidification indicator light illuminates; when the actual humidity inside the incubation chamber is higher than the set humidity, the humidifier stops operating, and the humidification indicator light turns off.
6. Handle with care during transportation; the angle between the handling surface and the horizontal plane must not be less than 45°.
7. When using at lower temperatures, the accumulated water in the bottom tray of the box should be drained regularly.
8. If sterilization is not required inside the box, the sterilization switch on the panel should be set to "Off."
9. Once the temperature is set, avoid repeatedly rotating the temperature control knob back and forth to prevent the compressor from starting frequently, which may lead to overloading and affect the lifespan of the compressor.
10. If the humidity sensor remains in a high humidity state for an extended period, condensation may form, causing the humidity reading to remain elevated. To obtain an accurate humidity reading, turn off the unit, open the incubator door, allow the humidity sensor to reach room temperature, and let it dry naturally before resuming use.
11. The machine is equipped with two fuse boxes on the back. The 2A? fuse box is for refrigeration and heating load fuses, and the 8A? fuse box is for control power fuses. In case of any malfunction during operation, such as temperature control failure, failure to heat or cool, the power must be disconnected, and the fuses should be checked for integrity before inspecting the relevant parts. If the machine is not in use for a long period, please empty the water inside the boxes.
12. In case of a humidifier malfunction, please refer to the warranty points listed in the humidifier's user manual and have it repaired nearby.
13. When the instrument is not in use, the power plug should be removed. Please note the above points during the use of the mold culture incubator and ensure proper daily maintenance.
14. To maintain the appearance of the equipment, do not use acids, alkalis, or other corrosive substances to clean the surface. Dry cloths can be used to wipe the inside of the box regularly.
