2、Product Application:
The fully automatic grease separator lifting equipment features high separation efficiency, rapid speed, and easy operation and maintenance. It is widely used in medium to large hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, and canteens; also suitable for food processing plants, fresh produce supermarkets, slaughterhouses, oil refineries, and other locations that generate oil-contaminated wastewater.
Untreated oily wastewater directly discharged into urban drainage systems can lead to the formation of "gutter oil," affecting both drainage equipment and urban wastewater treatment plants. The oil concentration in the mixed wastewater flowing into biological treatment structures should typically not exceed 30-50 mg/L, otherwise, it will directly impact the normal metabolic process of activated sludge and biofilms.
Our integrated grease lifting equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with a ventilation system; it is acid and corrosion-resistant. It is a complete set of equipment designed to separate grease and water from wastewater containing oil and debris in the catering industry, and to elevate the treated water to the municipal drainage network. The wastewater containing debris first passes through an不锈钢 slag separator, filtering and intercepting solid waste, automatically separating debris over 6MM, with the oil and water automatically flowing into the oil-water separation area. A hierarchical oil-water separation process is used for fast and efficient separation, and an automatic heating device and temperature sensor are also included. The temperature is set between 0℃-45℃ to prevent grease from solidifying and to accelerate the separation process. Through an efficient grease separator, oil rises to the top of the oil-water separation area, where it can be scraped off by a scraper device and collected in a collection trough using an oil drain valve. This achieves the functions of渣 removal and oil separation, and finally, the waste water meets the standard is elevated by a pump to the outdoor inspection well and the pipeline.
3、Product Features:
1) Slag Box
The slag area is equipped with a slag removal device, which separates solid waste like leaves and debris from the flowing liquid, serving as a solid-liquid separation. The solid waste is then regularly emptied into a slag collection bin by maintenance personnel.
2) Oil-water separator and automatic oil discharge unit:
The fully automatic oil-water separator is equipped with a specially designed internal structure that allows floating oil to quickly rise to the surface. It then汇集 onto the oil collection trough along the non-symmetrical cone-shaped surface at the top of the equipment. To facilitate oil draining, the collection trough features an oil drain outlet with a washable liquid level sight glass for easy oil level checking. A drain valve is installed thereafter, connected to the storage tank via a hose.
3) Automatic Drainage Device
The equipment is equipped with a liquid level controller, which sets multiple levels and automatically starts or stops the pump based on the liquid level. When the liquid level is high, the booster pump automatically starts to drain the water. When the liquid level is low, the pump stops working. An alarm is triggered and the pump is forcibly shut down for protection when the liquid level is extremely low.
4) Automatic electric heating and gas floatation unit:
If the equipment is installed in colder northern regions, to prevent oil from solidifying and becoming less fluid during low temperatures, which could lead to difficulties in oil discharge, auxiliary electric heating can be installed near the oil discharge port. This heating ensures the oil remains less prone to solidification, facilitating external discharge.
To quickly separate fine oil particles from water, utilize an air flotation device to have tiny bubbles adhere to the oil droplets. Under the lifting action of the bubbles, accelerate the oil droplets to rise to the surface.
5) Automatic Oil Drainage Unit
When the oil level in the grease trap reaches a certain height, the floating oil enters the oil collection tray and flows into the external oil storage drum. Once the drum is full, it is removed at regular intervals.
6) Electrical Control Section:
This equipment features an automatic control electrical cabinet, making operation and maintenance convenient. It provides real-time monitoring of the equipment itself and can achieve unmanned operation status after debugging and installation. The equipment boasts high degree of automation, stable and reliable operation, and advantages such as resistance to flow shock loads.

The automatic oil-water separator is made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and durable for long-lasting use.
② Equipment operates continuously during oil and slag discharge without interruption, with the entire process completed automatically.

④ No mechanical scraping is required; the floating oil can be automatically drained from the upper part of the cone, and the external oil drum can be transported as chemical raw material.

Field tests have proven that the equipment can remove over 90% of floating oil particles larger than 60um, with the content of animal and vegetable oil in the effluent wastewater being lower than the third-grade standard (100mg/L) of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996), and even reaching the second-grade standard (15mg/L).

Wastewater remains in the oil-water separation zone for 5 minutes.

(5) Equipment Appearance: Aesthetically pleasing, delicate, and compact, meeting the on-site space size requirements; cabinet surface free of burrs and collision dents; all welding points on the equipment are free of blind spots, with a smooth surface that's easy to clean; interior walls of the equipment are also smooth and easy to clean.
(6) The control cabinet features manual/automatic switching capability, comes with an alarm function, and primarily uses Delixi electronic components.
(7) Equipment with liquid level control: Multiple liquid levels are set, starting the pump at high level, stopping at low level, and issuing an alarm with forced shutdown at ultra-low level. It can automatically start/stop the water pump based on the liquid level. Unmanned, full automatic control is achievable.
(8) The effluent oil content after equipment treatment is below the national requirements, in compliance or exceeding environmental protection laws and regulations, and meets the acceptance requirements of the environmental protection department.
(9) The fully automatic grease separator lifting equipment is designed with a fully enclosed structure. During stable operation, there should be no water, odor, or dirt leakage into the surrounding environment.
5. Emission Standards:
The Grade III standard in the "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Wastewater" (GB8978-1996) specifies that the content of animal and vegetable oils shall not exceed 100mg/L.
