FYJ-JDIndustrial plasma smoke purifierThis is a new type of purification equipment developed and produced by our company to meet the needs of China's environmental protection efforts. The product integrates various functions such as mechanical filtration and electrostatic attraction, effectively removing various smoke and dust, lubricating oil mist, cutting fluid, quenching fluid, welding smoke, and small molecule oil substances produced by the thermal cracking of various high polymer materials in the plastic fiber and rubber industries (such as EPDM), which can be used independently or in conjunction with other equipment.Waste Gas Treatment EquipmentCo-application.
TheAir PurifierBased on the principles of ionization, adsorption, and carbonization of mixed pollutants in kitchen fumes due to impact, expansion, and high-voltage electrostatic fields, our unique structural design maximizes the benefits of mechanical and electrical composite purification. This effectively treats mixed pollutants in kitchen fumes, resulting in an exhaust smoke concentration lower than the high permissible emission concentrations for smoke and oil mist specified in the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants (GB 16201-1996).
This seriesPlasma Smoke PurifierPrimarily suited for the purification and treatment of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) emitted by factories, mainly used for the purification and treatment of exhaust gases from the following industries.
Plastic and rubber industry, represented by extruders
Represented by cold heading machines, the mechanical processing industry
Heat Treatment Industry
Textile industry
Paint manufacturing and usage industry
Printing Industry
PVC Plastic Industry
3. Operating Principle
PlasmaSmoke and Oil Mist CollectorUtilizing pulsed high-voltage high-frequency plasma power supply and toothed plate discharge devices, it generates highly intensive, concentrated, and high-energy active free radicals. Within milliseconds, it instantaneously initiates redox reactions on harmful exhaust molecules, decomposing most pollutants in the exhaust into carbon dioxide, water, and easily manageable substances. Plasma purification technology refers to the use of high-energy electrons produced by pulsed corona discharge. These electrons, ions, free radicals, and neutral particles strike odor-causing molecules at a rate of up to 3 million times per second, activating, ionizing, and cleaving various components in the exhaust to trigger a series of complex chemical reactions, including oxidation. The (OH-, O2-, H+, O3) present within the plasma directly break molecular bonds in organic gas molecules, decomposing harmful gases into harmless substances like CO2 and H2O. Additionally, the abundance of negative ions generated can refresh the air.
