Section Two: Working Principle of the Efficient Automatic Oil-Water Separator
The Automatic Dreg Oil-Water Separator is our company's newly developed domestic advanced wheel separation technology product. This series consists of the dreg removal area, oil-water separation area, oil removal unit, filtration area, and wastewater lifting area.
The slag area is equipped with an automatic slag removal device. Slag and decaying leaves flowing in with the water are discharged from the box under mechanical force into a collection bucket. If slag removal baskets are chosen, impurities are manually emptied by hand.
The oil-water separation zone is equipped with a microbubble generator that produces a large number of fine, uniform microbubbles. These bubbles cover the entire cross-section of the flowing water, without any vortex formation on the water surface. The oil in the wastewater is carried to the surface by the microbubble device, causing the water and oil to separate layers. This product can remove over 95% of oil particles larger than 60um, and the oil content of the effluent from the equipment can meet the third-level emission standard of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996), and even reach the second-level emission standard.
The degreasing unit employs wheel-type degreasing, where floating oil is pushed into the oil tank by the degreaser. Upon opening the ball valve, the oil automatically flows into the collection drum outside the box, eliminating the need for manual cleaning. The degreasing area is equipped with heating devices to ensure smooth automatic oil discharge. When grease solidifies into solid grease, the electric heating unit can be activated to heat the grease back to a liquid state, enabling automatic discharge from the box.
The filtration zone utilizes non-replaceable biofilter cores, where wastewater enters a secondary filter for additional filtration of minimal floating oil and trace suspended solids. The enhanced discharge area features a pump and impeller enclosed in a specially designed stainless steel casing for elevated pump, transporting the treated wastewater to the sewage pipeline or municipal network.

III. Feature Introduction:
1、 Automatic Grease Removal System
When the oil level inside the equipment reaches a certain height, the mechanical scraper system automatically operates, scraping the floating oil into the oil collection sump, which then flows into the external oil storage drum. Once the drum is full, it is removed at regular intervals.
2、 Air Floatation Device
The oil separator is equipped with an air flotation unit within its oil collection zone. This unit consists of a micro compressor fan and microporous aeration devices. The purpose is to cause the oil in the waste water within the oil collection zone to attach to extremely tiny bubbles and quickly rise to the surface, ultimately floating out. Once the floating oil layer reaches a certain height, the automatic skimming system then scrapes it into the oil collection trough, achieving the goal of oil-water separation.
3、 Heating System
To prevent animal oil from solidifying in winter, which may affect grease separation and skimming efficiency, our company's automatic grease separator/skimmer features a heater in the grease collection area. This ensures that the oil does not solidify into lumps at low temperatures, facilitating easier grease discharge.

1. Ensure that the equipment's in and out water pipes and all components are properly connected without leaks, and the electrical control parts are correctly wired.
2. After the first use and cleaning of the equipment, it must be filled with water before starting the device.
3. The equipment will be set up according to the customer's situation prior to shipment. It is recommended to switch the equipment control box to the automatic mode upon use.
4. Equipment should be managed and operated by designated personnel, and the current values and insulation should be checked regularly and at scheduled times.
