Overview
The catering and food processing industries generate a large amount of smoke and grease during the food processing, and currently, smoke and grease pollution has become a major hot topic of environmental complaints across regions. The National Environmental Protection Administration has formulated the "Catering Industry Smoke and Grease Emission Standard" (GB18483-2001), which stipulates the maximum allowable emission concentration for catering units and the minimum removal efficiency for smoke and grease purification equipment.
Our FYJ series composite smoke and oil mist purifiers are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the technical requirements and testing specifications for smoke purification equipment in the catering industry (HJ/T62-2001), integrating the advantages of similar products from both domestic and international markets.
Principle
Firstly, use mechanical methods to adsorb and retain large oil mist droplets. The separated oil-water droplets are then collected. Next, the smoke exhaust gas is ionized, decomposed, adsorbed, and carbonized under the action of a high-voltage electrostatic field. Meanwhile, the active agents (O3) generated in the electrostatic field oxidize and decompose toxic components and remove odors from the smoke.
Application Scope
Broadly applicable to hotels, restaurants, dining halls, canteens, food factories, and fuel-burning boilers where smoke emissions occur.

Description | The input voltage of the equipment is 220V, and the output voltage ranges from 7.5 to 17.5KV. 2.
