During the processing, the coating bonds tightly with the base material, preventing flaking and ensuring the durability of the finished product. For instance, in automotive manufacturing, aluzinc sheet can be used for door inner panels, underbody guards, etc., and after stamping, it maintains the integrity of the coating while resisting road salt fog corrosion.
