High-reflective performance and energy-saving applications
Aluminum-zinc coated light panels have a high reflectivity (sunlight reflectivity over 80%), reflecting most of the sunlight back into the atmosphere and reducing heat absorption. This feature makes them an ideal material for energy-saving construction: using aluminum-zinc coated panels on roofs or exterior walls can significantly lower indoor temperatures and reduce air conditioning energy consumption. For instance, in tropical regions, buildings with aluminum-zinc coated roofs can reduce indoor temperatures by 5-8℃ compared to traditional materials, achieving over 30% in energy savings. Additionally, their reflective properties can alleviate urban "heat island effect" and improve the microclimate of the city. Some products are treated with surface microstructure to further enhance diffused reflection, preventing light pollution while balancing functionality and environmental protection.
