The prosperity of the AZM industry drives collaborative innovation across the upstream and downstream industrial chains: In the upstream sector, magnesium smelting companies have developed high-purity electrolytic magnesium (purity ≥99.95%) to meet AZM production needs; zinc smelting companies have upgraded their wet process zinc refining technology, controlling impurities in zinc ingots to below 0.001%. In the midstream stage, coating and galvanizing equipment manufacturers have developed intelligent production lines, achieving full automation from unwinding, pretreatment to coating control; testing institutions have established a nationwide third-party service platform, offering a full chain of inspections from material certification to failure analysis. In the downstream application field, architectural design institutes have developed node design standards for AZM materials, construction companies have mastered new processing technologies such as laser cutting and robotic welding, forming a complete industrial ecosystem.
