Condensation crystalline slicer

Product Overview
A crystallization (heating) slicing machine is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the feeding pan contacts a cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the material film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a scraper, resulting in sheet-like products.
The drum dryer is a continuous process that utilizes rotating drums to heat and dry materials or strip materials adhering to the outer wall of the drum by means of heat transfer.
