Condensation Slicer

Product Overview
The crystallizer (heated) slicing machine is a cooling crystallization process. The molten material in the pan contacts the cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Through heat exchange between the material film and the drum wall, the film cools and crystallizes. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, resulting in sheet-like products.
The drum drying process involves a rotating drum, which heats and dries material or strip-like material attached to the outer wall of the drum through heat transfer, in a continuous operation.
