Step: Simulation, Modeling
Before casting, use Hua CastingCAE software digitally simulates the casting process, conducts process analysis and quality prediction for the product's shaping, and continuously optimizes the process of rim casting. Metallurgical auxiliary tools are complete and well-controlled in overall dimensions. Water glass sand molding technology is employed to prevent the occurrence of casting hot cracks, and earth pit molding is used, which is not affected by the seasons, resulting in high production efficiency.
Step Two: Casting, Heat Treatment
Qualified raw and auxiliary materials are proportionally placed into an arc furnace for smelting. The iron melt is then sampled for spectral analysis, and upon passing the inspection, proceed accordingly.Process casting according to the "Rapid Pour at Low Temperature" principle, and record the pouring time and temperature.
