Step: Simulation, Styling
Prior to casting, use Huazhu casting method.CAE software digitally simulates the casting process, conducts process analysis, quality prediction, and optimization for product shaping. Metallurgical auxiliary equipment is complete, with good overall size control. Water glass sand molding technology is used, which can prevent the occurrence of casting hot cracks. Additionally, earth pit molding is adopted, unaffected by seasons, and ensures high production efficiency.

Step 2: Casting, Heat Treatment
Qualified raw and auxiliary materials are proportionally placed into an electric arc furnace for smelting, the iron melt is sampled for spectral analysis, and upon passing the test, proceed accordingly.Pour according to the "Low Temperature Quick Pour" principle, and record the pouring time and temperature.
Step 3: Polishing and Non-Destructive Testing
Finally, trim off the gating system, sprues, and flash.
