This model is designed according to customer specifications and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of JB/T5520-91 for drying chambers. It provides a constant or variable temperature climate environment for use by scientific research and production units in aviation, aerospace, automotive, petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, electronics, semiconductor communication, and other fields. It is used for corresponding climate acceleration tests on complete machines (or components), electrical appliances, instruments, materials, coatings, and platings, in order to evaluate the test behavior of the samples.

The above parameters were measured under the condition of an empty oven in a million-class dust-free and temperature-controlled workshop.
II. Case Structure:
1.The housing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating, and the inner lining is made of SUS304 stainless steel material.
2.The cabinet features a horizontal structure, with the control cabinet and panel on the left side of the cabinet, and the work area on the right side.
3.The airflow channel is a three-channel structure with left and right bottom channels, featuring right exhaust and left return airflow. An efficient filter is installed at the exhaust outlet, suitable for equipment and systems requiring high-temperature air purification, such as ultra-clean ovens, with a temperature resistance up to 400°C. It boasts high efficiency, large dust capacity, and excellent high-temperature performance.
4.Circular fans and heaters are installed inside the duct, with sensors mounted at the return air outlet of the duct.
5.The drying cabinet is equipped with a Φ50mm test hole at the top.
6.The equipment features swivel casters at the bottom.
