Mold Casting Dryer (Turntable Oven)

Application: The gypsum mold precision casting technique is widely used for precision castings of zinc, aluminum, or copper alloys and plastic molds, as it shortens the mold-making cycle and reduces costs. Due to the poor thermal conductivity, low permeability, and brittleness of gypsum molds, there are high requirements for the heating speed, temperature uniformity, and air volume control in the oven. Our developed and produced mold ovens can meet the high-quality zinc alloy mold requirements for precision casting, and are widely used in high-quality aluminum products for industries such as automotive tires and aerospace. The products comply with the standards set by the company for product quality and documentation records.

Product Performance Features:

(1)Air Duct Design: Utilizes a combination of side and top air ducts for circulation, with double doors featuring a pull杆-style locking mechanism. The door seals are made of high-temperature-resistant foam silicone strips. Different air guide plates are installed inside the side ducts, allowing for controllable side exhaust air volume of the hot air circulation, thereby achieving a more even temperature inside the box.

(3)Baking Structure: The oven's internal base is equipped with a solid aluminum disc with a diameter of 1300mm and a thickness of 22mm, capable of supporting loads over 800kg. It is supported by a shaft with a diameter of 80mm and powered by a 0.75KW variable frequency speed control motor, housed within the electrical box, driven by a chain.

(4)Rise Rate: Room Temp. +40～Max 300℃，250℃Approximately 55-60 minutes required (for empty box testing). High temperature up to 300℃

(5)Uniform Performance: At set 250℃During testing, the temperature tolerance is ±5.℃(Empty Box Test)

(6)Insulation performance: 250°C inside the furnace℃The outer wall temperature does not exceed 45℃
