II. Performance Features
The Lubricant Oxidation Stability Tester is designed and manufactured according to the Chinese Petroleum and Chemical Industry Standard SH/T0193 "Method for Determining Lubricant Oxidation Stability." It is suitable for evaluating the oxidation stability of new and in-service steam turbine oils with the same composition (base oil and additives).
The instrument features a 7-inch industrial touch screen display, with stable performance and easy operation.
The rotating part of the instrument's mechanical structure uses a gear-driven design, with a sturdy and stable frame. It boasts long service life and low noise, among other advantages.
The instrument's body link valve employs quick-rotating joint technology, ensuring no air leakage during high-speed rotation.
● Automatic Constant Temperature: Power on and enter the parameter interface, set to 150°C, then go back to the main interface and click "Start Temperature Control."
● Automatic Leak Detection: After aeration is completed, the instrument automatically determines if there is any leakage.
● Automatic recording and real-time display of test curves: During the experiment, the screen displays a pressure vs. time curve graph, facilitating observation of pressure and time records
● Auto-detect the highest pressure point: When the pressure reaches its peak, the instrument automatically detects and records the highest pressure.
● Automatic Test Termination: Once the pressure rise and fall meet the standard termination criteria, the instrument automatically determines and ends the oxidation time, pressure conditions, and automatically stores and generates curves for easy observation.

● The instrument features temperature protection, automatically shutting off power when the temperature exceeds the set limit.
