The instrument features an intelligent digital temperature control gauge for precise and convenient temperature control.
●The instrument features a water drain valve for easy water bath replacement by the user.
●The refrigeration cycle unit consists of a compressor, condenser, capillary tube, condensing evaporator, fan, etc. Made with imported compressors and advanced international refrigeration technology, it boasts simple operation, ease of use, and fast cooling speed.
The measuring device consists of a temperature controller, heater, bath tank, temperature control circuit, and pressure density gauge cylinder. The bath temperature is maintained at a constant level through a thermal equilibrium method, offering advantages such as fast response and high temperature control accuracy. When the temperature inside the bath tank falls below the set temperature on the temperature controller, the temperature signal detected by the sensor is transmitted to the temperature controller, which then outputs a signal to drive the solid-state relay to control the heater. Conversely, if the temperature controller stops outputting a signal, the heater will cease operation, thereby achieving the purpose of automatic temperature control.
● The pressure density gauge cylinder is made of glass tube, enhancing transparency and ease of observation. It ensures clear readings for the operator and improves the accuracy of the test count.
