Overview:Automatic Pour Point Determinator, designed and manufactured according to National Standard GB/T 3535, operates by mechanical method, simulating manual chemical testing procedures, and is suitable for determining the low-temperature pour point of petroleum and its products.
I. Performance Features:
1. The instrument achieves the required experimental temperature by using a cascade refrigeration system composed of two refrigerants and a circulation system. This system ensures an appropriate evaporation pressure at lower evaporation temperatures. As both refrigerants condense in the same "evaporation condenser" and the equipment is insulated from the external environment with thermal insulation materials, it produces a lower evaporation temperature for effective refrigeration. When the temperature inside the bath is lower than the set temperature on the temperature controller, the controller automatically sends a signal, which activates the heater via a solid-state relay to maintain a constant temperature. The compressor uses an imported SECOP model, offering fast refrigeration and a long service life.
2. The instrument features a 7-inch color LCD display, with simple operation and ease of use.
3. The instrument utilizes a metallic bath cold trap for cooling, featuring rapid cooling speed and other advantages. The lowest temperature it can reach is -80°C.
4. During instrument testing, the test tube is fully simulated to tilt manually, with the cold trap bath tank synchronized with the test tube, achieving undisturbed detection.
5. Features automatic resetting of the light spot control, easy operation, and accurate measurement.
6. Tilt the cold trap and tube together to test the oil sample; if it flows, reset the cold trap. Cool the sample by 3°C and continue the operation until the sample stops flowing, then end the test, print, and save the data.
