II. Performance Features
●The instrument is composed of a high and low temperature bath, heating equipment, temperature control device, air supply device, sample containers, etc.
●The high and low-temperature baths are controlled by a digital temperature controller that accurately regulates the bath temperature with an intuitive display. Operation is easy (for detailed instructions, refer to the temperature controller's manual). When the bath temperature falls below the set value by the controller, the controller activates the heating device through a solid-state relay. Conversely, when the bath temperature exceeds the set value, the controller stops the heating device via the relay, and then maintains a constant and uniform temperature in the bath through the action of the stirring device.
The instrument uses an air pump to introduce gas into the flow meter, gas diffusion head, and graduated cylinder containing the sample at a timed and measured rate, allowing for the determination of the volume of bubbles produced by the sample.
