II. Performance Features
The ZT-S08Z model fully automatic high-temperature high-shear tester is designed and manufactured according to the standard SH/T0703. It specifies a temperature of 150±0.1°C and an apparent shear rate of 1.4×10...6s-1Under the given conditions, the high-temperature, high-shear (HTHS) apparent viscosity of the engine oil measured by a multi-capillary viscometer equipped with pressure, temperature, and timing devices.
1. Instrument Composition:
High-temperature, high-shear viscosity and apparent viscosity measuring instrument is mainly composed of the measuring unit, metal isothermal bath, and electrical control system.
Measurement Unit: Comprises capillaries, spherical pressure valves, copper tubes, and stainless steel tubes, among others.
Metal Constant-Temperature Bath: Includes metal bath, heating system, and temperature sensor.
Electrical Control System: Includes systems for temperature control, pressure control, pressure display, and timing tests.
At 150±0.1°C, with an apparent shear rate of 1.4×106s-1Under specified conditions, the system automatically adjusts the set pressure value, maintains stable pressure, releases pressure automatically, times automatically, and converts test requirements to approximate pressure values. The entire operating system is stable in performance and easy to operate.
