II. Performance Features

The Lubricating Oil Evaporation Loss Tester is designed and manufactured according to the petrochemical industry standard SH/T0059 "Method for Determining Lubricating Oil Evaporation Loss". It is suitable for measuring the evaporation loss of lubricating oils and base oils.

The instrument features a split-body structure, consisting of an aluminum metal bath heating bath, an intelligent digital temperature control device, and an inclined tube pressure system. It is designed aesthetically and is easy to operate.

The heating bath is made of aluminum alloy, with a heating strip and insulation device ensuring even heating and the insulation material being sturdy and durable.

● The temperature control device is an intelligent digital temperature controller, with precise temperature control and automatic tuning function.

● The inclined tube pressure system consists of an inclined tube manometer and a buffer bottle, providing a stable pressure for the system, with the instrument equipped with a vacuum pump.
